I want to take the time to offer this testimonial and express my utmost appreciation to Jeff and Tonie Boaman of Concierge Realtors. I could not have asked for better representation in the sale and care of my home.
The situation Jeff and Tonie were placed in was unique. My wife and I were both living in Kuwait as contractors to the US Government during the period of time Jeff and Tonie were our realtors. They went above and beyond in assuring our best interests were in mind; and, the home was kept in proper order. This at times placed them in a difficult situation; as, my wife and I had friends of the family living in the house.
During the time the house was for sale, they brought to bear many ideas to assure the house was sold in the most expeditious manner. There were times when they went the extra mile, providing documentation and/or pictures, showing the house either being cared for properly or situations which required immediate attention.
They went above and beyond when it came to having repairs affected to the home caused by natural disasters. They coordinated the repair activities, providing reliable contractors to perform the repairs. This eliminated communication difficulties and unscrupulous contractors.
Upon accepting an offer for our home, Jeff and Tonie kicked it into high gear for us. They handled all the closing factors for us; as, my wife and I were still in Kuwait. They worked with the friends of the family, finding them another place to live. This expedited the ownership transition. Jeff and Tonie also went to the trouble of recovering some personal items my wife and I had left behind, arranging shipment of those items.
Another factor delineating them from other realtors was, they were willing to take in a pet we had left behind, had the friends of the family been not able to accommodate the future care of the pet. They offered to take it to take it in, arrange the veterinarian visit, and take it to the airport once we had arranged a flight for it. They even went to the trouble of recovering a kennel we had placed in the crawl space above the garage.
I cannot express how deeply grateful I am to the both of them for their guidance, insight, professionalism, and just plain old caring attitude. As I look back on the experience, I wish I had listened with more attentiveness to some of their suggestions rather than being set in my ways.

My husband, Marvin Woodard, and I made a decision last summer to sell our property in Frisco, Texas and retire to East Texas to our week end home.
I had the opportunity to get to know several people in the real estate business. As my realtor, Tonie Boaman took on all the responsibilities and worries of selling my house and made them her own. All I had to do was sit back and enjoy the ride. She took on the role of "seller". She took care of all the details. For each phase of the process, only after requesting permission, she took control. She worked endlessly and tirelessly until late at night doing whatever was required to get the job done. That was when I learnedhow hard a realtor with integrity worked.
There are some very long hours invested on my behalf. And I am so very grateful to the dedication that Tonie has given this effort. I want to tell you about our experience with two of your realtors, Tonie and Jeff Boaman. In June 2002 we decided to sell our home, we chose a realtor and placed our house on the market. After six months with no success we decided to take a break for the holidays. In December we met Tonie & Jeff Boaman at a local restaurant in The Colony. Just want anyone to know that as a realtor Tonie L. Boaman is #1 in our book. In December 2002 we relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada and had been unsuccessful in selling our home in Garland. We rented the property and after two months the tenants moved out and left everything a shambles.
My husband called an 800 number in Dallas and connected with Tonie. We were rather leery as when we had the house listed before we had quite a few issues with the listing agent. Tonie did an inspection of the house, sent us picture via e-mail and made certain recommendations for repair to get the house on the market again.
